Terms & Conditions
2.1. These Rules constitute an agreement between the Developer and the User (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties") and govern the rights and obligations of the Developer and the User in connection with the use of the Application.
2.2. These Rules are the official standard document of the Developers. These Rules apply to the specified relations in the event that the Developer has not approved and does not apply its own Rules for the provision of services, a link to which is provided to Users in the Application launch window and in the Application settings.
2.3. The current version of the Rules, which is a public document, was developed by the Site Administration and is available to any Internet user by clicking on the hypertext link “Rules for the provision of application developer services”.
The Site Administration has the right to make changes to these Rules. When changes are made to the Rules, the Site Administration notifies users of this by posting a new version of the Rules on the Site at the permanent address http://vk.com/dev/uterms no later than [10] days before the relevant changes take effect. Previous versions of the Rules are stored in the archive of the Site Administration documentation.
2.4. The provisions of these Rules are considered as a public offer in accordance with Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The User is obliged to fully familiarize himself with these Rules before the first launch of the Application. Launching the Application by the User means the full and unconditional acceptance by the User of these Rules in accordance with Art. 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The provisions of these Rules can be adopted only as a whole without any exceptions.
2.5. A link to these Rules after launching the Application is available in the Application settings, in the "Information about the developer" tab. The User is obliged from time to time to check the current version of these Rules in the Application settings for changes and / or additions. Continued use of the Application by the User after the entry into force of the relevant changes to these Rules means acceptance and consent of the User with such changes and / or additions.
3.1. The User is obliged to familiarize himself with the information about the Developer, the Developer's privacy policy and these Rules before the first launch of the Application. In case of disagreement with the provisions of these documents, the User is obliged to refrain from launching and using the Application.
3.2. The User undertakes to use the Application for personal non-commercial purposes. It is forbidden to offer services related to the use of the Application to other Users for the purpose of making a profit. It is prohibited to use any automatic scripts ("robots") or other means that allow you to interact with the Application without the participation of the User. It is forbidden to perform actions aimed at disrupting the normal functioning of the Application, and to use special programs containing malicious components ("viruses").
3.3. The developer has the right at any time to make changes to the functionality of the Application, the interface and / or the content of the Application with or without notification to the Users.
3.4. The developer has the right to unilaterally set the cost of individual services offered by the Application, expressed in the application's local currency - votes. The User undertakes to use in good faith the methods of replenishing the User's personal account in the Application and further use of votes. If the Developer discovers the facts of illegal replenishment of the User's personal account in the Application, the Developer has the right to refuse the User to further provide services or unilaterally reduce the User's personal account in the Application.
3.5. The developer has the right to request and use information about the User solely for the purpose of providing services for using the Application. The use of information about the User is governed by the Developer's privacy policy.
3.6. The developer is obliged to provide technical support for the Application and provide an easy way of contacting Users for all questions arising during the use of the Application in the "Help" section and in the Application settings, in the "Information about the developer" tab.
